The feeling of climbing trees and experiencing nature in a 3-dimensional way
From the very beginning, the residence was designed to evoke the experience of exploring nature in a multi-dimensional way. Like climbing a tree, the structure encourages movement, openness, and immersion in the natural surroundings, all while maintaining a sleek, modern architectural design.

The site imposed the concept: land shaped like a leaf.
Shaped like a leaf, it sparked a concept design that includes nature as part of it. The residence is not only shaped like a leaf in its top view but also embraces a three-dimensional, shell-like form that enhances its connection to nature.

The design allows for an efficient layout, with residents able to enter from either the eastern or western side of the residence, providing easy access to all buildings.

The residence is conveniently located near Tirana East Gate (TEG), one of the city’s largest shopping and entertainment centers.
Also situated close to Tirana’s Outer Ring Road, this ensures that you can access a major highway, leading to key locations in Tirana and other cities.

The residence has a road layout on the surface which allows Fire trucks, Ambulances, or any other emergency service vehicle to easily pass through the entire residence.

The residence does not allow vehicles on the surface, other than emergency service vehicles, rather residents can park underground on a reserved spot, based on their apartment. This lowers pollution and allows for more convenience.
